La Nazionale de football Italienne, avec son nom officiel de Nazionale A, est la sélection majeure masculine de football de la Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio et représente notre Pays dans les nombreuses compétitions officielles ou amicales réservées aux équipes nationales.
Après le Brasil, l'Italie est l'équipe nationale qui a gagné le plus gran nombre de Coupes du Monde: 1934, 1938, 1982 et le dernier qu'on a disputé - Allemagne 2006. L'équipe a gagné un Championat Européen aussi (1968) e un Tournoi Olimpique (1936).
A commencé au mois de septembre la qualification pour le prochain grand rendez-vous Le Championat d'Europe 2012.
