Born in Rome on 6 December 1973, he graduated in humanities (chair of the History of Eastern Europe) at the University "La Sapienza" in 1999 and received his doctorate in philosophy from the University of St. Petersburg where he now works at the Department of Russian / American "Smolny Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences". Dr. Capilupi organized, often with the Italian Cultural Institute in St. Petersburg, initiatives related to cooperation between universities and international cooperation that seeks to promote a sense even in administrative and managerial.
Member of the PRIN "Memory and representation", is passionate about poetry, history and philosophy and has a number of scientific publications and literature. He considers very much in all its research and its various creative projects the intercultural dialogue, interfaith and interreligious dialogue.
His philosophical motto is "spero, ergo cogito".
